The team at Competitive Homes Oamaru have been building a strong business in Oamaru over the past two years.  Mark and his team have worked on many new home builds in Oamaru and are currently working on an architectural build, an extension, an alteration and a refit.  So as you can see there is no shortage of building in Oamaru.

Competitive Homes Oamaru are a team of 3, Mark who is a Licensed Building Practitioner, a third year apprentice and a laborer looking at starting an apprenticeship.  Mark competed his building apprenticeship in Oamaru in 2000, he has worked in Dunedin and Nelson on many new home build projects, light commercial builds including motels, rugby stands and retail stores.  Since returning to Oamaru 3 years ago Mark has completed some large new home builds in Oamaru, home renovations and a number of pole-sheds and bathrooms.

The Competitive Homes brand is becoming very strong in house building in Oamaru, Mark and his team are currently have a Competitive Homes house being designed and about to get priced, and another design coming along in the beginning stages.
